It's great that you are dropping some love on wineries who are doing a good job in this area. I'm all about getting the word out for people who are doing things the right way. Also, I have to weigh in on the rock 'n roll question. Josh, I agree with you about GnR. When they were great, they were great. Appetite (this makes me thing of Sean Connery) is definitely one of the best rock albums ever. Personally, my favorites are The Who, The Pixies, and The Velvet Underground.
