Seriously though, I think they really hit the nail on the head. Time is probably one of the biggest barriers in Social Marketing. Tweeting, Facebooking, reading blogs… it's like a time sieve! Many companies are hiring interns and entry-level people to manage accts like these and paying them very little or nothing at all to be there virtual face, I'm not sure this is the best solution either.
